Experimental and Simulation of Nanoparticle Capability for Biosurfactant Production Using in MEOR

چکیده

Introduction EOR This word literally means enhanced oil recovery and in the oil industry area used as extraction of oil reservoir that deals by advanced industrial techniques to harvest of reservoir heavy and semi-heavy oil [1]. In Canada 1.2 million barrels a day, Venezuela's 600,000 barrels per day and in China 150,000 barrels per day produced oil of heavy oil reservoirs. Canada, America, Venezuela, Iran, Mexico and Russia, are the owners and producers of heavy oil reservoir. The heavy oil resources in the world are estimated 6 trillion barrels that is triple amount of common oil reservoirs. The amount of heavy and medium oil reservoirs in Iran is about 85 billion barrels. Using common technologies with high viscosity and a high percentage of asphaltenes and resins in the hydrocarbon compounds because problems in the process mining transport and processing of heavy oil. Primary harvest in a small number of heavy oil reservoirs and bitumen tanks in better conditions are, up to 6% oil. So seems essential to using recycled from the beginning of the harvest of this type of reservoirs [2]. EOR conventional methods of heavy oil reservoirs divided into two general categories, thermal and non-thermal methods. Recycling of heavy and super heavy oil reservoirs due to its high viscosity primary are not significant, for effective utilization of such reservoirs need to reduce the viscosity of the oil in place by using Heat methods which making up more than 80% of heavy oil EOR step through the procedure is carried out by heat method. The air transfusion into the reservoir or heating in addition to decrease viscosity have other benefits that are including the expansion of the oil, distillate oil at a high temperature which cause to separation of light particles and increase reservoir pressure, which facilitates the movement of oil to the wells produced [3], 90% of oil production from EOR projects through this method is possiToday, enhanced oil recovery has created particularly competitive in the scientific field and it is one of the topics that more researchers pay attention to it. Bio surfactants production for using in microbial removal is one of the most useful and efficiency way and control bio surfactant production by metallic and nonmetallic nanoparticles is one of modern science that needs more study and examines. The most important part to achieve the best results is simulations of the particles and the effect of each of these nanoparticles on various microorganisms. The impact of these nanoparticles on the temperature, adhesion, interfacial tension and pH and impact on the system work are important elements in production.
